Communication links and costs - Example 2 

You live in an country where there are plenty of discount or call-back telephone services

Then check all of them out and request their costs for calling France. If you cannot use Skype.com or Inphonex.com, then check out a new call-back discount telephone service called Call2  at www.call2.com.

Call medium:  Fixed phone to fixed phone – over normal fixed telecom services. 

Comments: - These discounts services would normally offer much better quality and more reliable communications than either Skype or Inphonex.  However,  they do cost just a little more than Skype or Inphonex – but significantly less than your official call providers. If you can,  it would be good  to have these all set up to use as a backup.
