How does learning / teaching via telephone work?

It's quite simple, actually. 

It's really a question of:

1. good planning and timing, and doing things in stages.
2. having the right equipment (a telephone, a computer,  a printer, a good headphone set  etc.)
3. finding a quiet room to have your lessons.
4. and having the right motivation to apply yourself.
