Step 1: Review of your learning aims and requirements.

When you become registered as a student, you will be contacted - so we can:

1. Reconfirm your level in English  - in a Pre-Course Test.
2. Check and confirm that you do have the proper equipment to do your telephone training - through a little questionnaire.
3. Assign a principal tutor to look after you in a one-to-one learning situation.
4. Arrange a first lesson with you.
5. Review, with you, your personal learning aims and requirements.

The Pre-Course Test is not a test you pass or fail.  It is only to help you, and us, to choose the most appropriate course of study for you.
