Is teaching via telephone really as simple as picking up a telephone and saying, “Hello Jacques!  Are you ready for your lesson this morning? “ 

If you had one or two students – yes, it could be as simple as that.  However, if you are thinking of more, then telephone teaching is quite another matter.

Alas, teaching via telephone is not like teaching online.  Whereas you can purchase an online teaching package and be up and running in a day or so, with teaching via telephone – there are no off-the-shelf packages to be purchased. 

Time and money:  The long and short of it is:  - either you create it yourself, or you have to pay someone to do it for you!  If your school is looking to keeping costs down, then it makes sense to outsource to a system that is already up and running.
